Optional massages available to soothe and relax. Inquire for 60, 90, 120 minute sessions. Please note that massages may be scheduled during group meditation times.

1. CONFIRMATION/DEPOSITS
a. Your order is confirmed once you receive an automated confirmation from us. And Zada will call you!
b. Should you not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact tashidelek@zadalau.com.
2. PRICING
a. All prices include GST and are current at the time of publishing.
b. Prices are subject to change and are finalised at the time of order confirmation.
3. GENERAL
a. Prajna Productions/Zada Lau/Christian Grancourt reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders and/or event attendance. At this time, a full refund will be issued.
b. Force Majeure: Should any natural disasters occur such as earthquake, flood, fire prevent the event hosts from fulfilling their obligation, Prajna Productions/Zada Lau/Christian Grancourt will not be held liable for non-performance.
c. The content and learnings provided is developmental work and can be very therapeutic. This is not therapy. You are to acquire assistance from a professional psychotherapist if it is therapy that you are seeking.
4. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
a. If you have any dietary requirements, please advise us at the time of booking.
5. CANCELLATIONS
a. We know you appreciate there are certain fixed costs in hosting a retreat, therefore we offer 50% refundable before 23 July 2024, 30% refundable before 9 August.
b. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another person.
c. If for any reason COVID restrictions force the cancellation of the retreat. The retreat will be postponed to an alternate date. If a postponement is not available, refunds will be offered.
